Your Skin in the Winter Months

Seasonal changes such as winter can bring on changes to our skin.  In northern climates especially, winter months can be quite harsh as the the air is drier, cold and bitter to our skin.  These affects can cause skin to be dry, irritated, rough in texture and red.
